This has only been a conservation area for a little over 20 years, and doesn’t have the name recognition of some others spots in the area. Rest assured that it is every bit as beautiful as the other natural places in Stowe. As such, you can expect a more peaceful and private experience here as opposed to some of the better-known conserved areas. You will find gentle, beautiful trails throughout the park, as well as sprawling meadows and heavily wooded areas containing incredible biodiversity. Bring a picnic or just come for the views. Only 3.5 miles from Stowe Village, head north on Route 108, then turn right onto Edson Hill Road and take the first right after passing the Stowehof Inn. Park in the lot on the left and follow the signs to enjoy the scenery.
