Located on the winter shuttle route, the closest stop is only 0.1 miles from the door at the Edson Hill corner! The house also provides convenient access to the Stowe Rec Path (home of the corn maze and a great little swimming hole), just 0.5 miles away at Thompson Park and is walking distance to select restaurants and a café. 

Inside, the home has a comfortable layout with an updated and fully stocked kitchen featuring a breakfast bar, tile floors, and stainless-steel appliances. A gas fireplace in the living room adjacent to the kitchen is perfect on a chilly evening. The king primary bedroom has an attached bath with a soaking tub, and two additional bedrooms share a full bath. The tastefully renovated lower level has a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, a private full bath with a sauna, and its own kitchen. This level also features a large Roku TV, ping pong table, and sectional couch with a queen pull out sofa.
