Mansfield Townhouse is conveniently located within 30 feet walking distance to the Toll Road ski slope, serviced by the Toll House Double Chairlift* which provides access to the legendary trails of the Resort. The townhouse offer a spacious and inviting living area with a gas fireplace, private ski storage, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, washer & dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, and optional a la carte daily housekeeping service. They are ideal for enjoying the comforts of home while experiencing Stowe Mountain Resort. The townhouses are located just off the Mountain Road near the complimentary town shuttle route, two miles from the main base area of the Resort, and a short distance from many contemporary and classic dining options. (*Please note - This lift is weather dependent; there is no snow-making in this area.) Winter is missed when it's gone, but the Resort's Summer and Fall activities are exciting and plentiful and include ZipTour and TreeTop Adventures, Mt. Mansfield Auto Toll Road, Gondola SkyRide, Golf, Tennis, Hiking, shopping and more.

Please note: ONLY two vehicles may park immediately outside the condo. Additional vehicles can park at the pool area. Vehicles not adhering to parking restrictions WILL be towed at the guest's expense. Full-time residents need to park here at their own condos. Guests will not be compensated for towing fees. Please be respectful of these rules! The HOA also has a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking inside the units or outside within 50 feet of any buildings including patios, decks, and walkways is completely prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in guests being fined directly from the Association.

*Please note there is an ongoing construction project at this property occurring mostly in the summertime, 2021-2022.
