Alison Karosas, Owner

Alison moved to Stowe more than 20 years ago in search of a lifestyle change. Her past work experience includes application development, project management, and customer care for the software industry, but for the past 15+ years her focus has been on the property rental business with Stowe Country Homes, purchasing the business 10 years ago. The best part of her job is working with her great and loyal staff over all of the years.


Reggie Naramore, Director of Guest Services

In her 18 years with Stowe Country Homes, Reggie has helped local and out-of-state property owners to set up their properties for the best rental results. From purchasing housewares, linens, and even furnishings, she’s worked directly with homeowners to make each unit as comfortable as possible. Reggie also oversees the housekeeping department and works with guests to ensure a positive experience. She loves meeting the wide array of homeowners and guests, but sometimes wonders why she settled in such a cold and snowy climate!


Elizabeth Nichting, Accounting

Elizabeth has been with Stowe Country Homes since January 2004 and is responsible for the complex accounting and bookkeeping for Stowe Country Homes and its customers. A Stowe resident since 2002, she is the trusted point of contact for property owners and guests for all billing questions. Elizabeth is the go-to person for all things accounting and that is the way she likes it!


Brenda Goss, Concierge Services

As the Concierge Services Manager, Brenda’s job is to help make each guest’s visit a memorable one. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Brenda applies her knowledge of the area, the outdoors, and her own family-management to work when fulfilling guests’ vacation desires. When you need dining recommendations or reservations, pantry provisions, tee times, or more, Brenda’s your gal. Her love of her activities translates to her love of your activities!


Jeanette Hill, Property Manager/Vacation Specialist

Jeanette is our resident master of all trades. Originally joining Stowe Country Homes in 2004 as a Project/Property Manager, she since has added Vacation Specialist to her job title. With a background in facilities and construction management, Jeanette helps coordinate home maintenance and renovations for homeowners, but also enjoys the added responsibilities of vacation planning with our guests. Multiple hats fit well on her able head.


Nancy Curtin, Office Administrator

As Office Administrator, Nancy is often the voice on the other end of the phone or email. With Stowe Country Homes since 2009, she works with both guests and homeowners, helping to find the answers to a multitude of questions. She is also the official greeter at the front desk (at least the greeter with 2 legs) when picking up or dropping off keys, during office hours. Don’t forget to say hi to Nancy when you stop by!


Nancy Krakower, Vacation Specialist

With Stowe Country Homes since 2012 and a Stowe resident for more than 20 years, Nancy (known as Nancy K. to all around here) is a member of our terrific sales team, working directly with guests and potential guests to help find the right rental for their needs. As a vacation specialist she also works with property owners in various ways, ensuring a seamless stay for guest and a positive experience for owners. Working with a great team, including her faithful and ever-present Labradoodle Phoebe, are what make the days special.


Emily Hawkes Bland, Vacation Specialist

One of the newest members of our great sales team, Emily joined the Stowe Country Homes family in 2017 and immediately fit right in as her past work experiences include marketing and rental sales. She’s been in Stowe for more than 25 years and in that time worked in marketing and rental sales, making her transition onto the team seamless. Working with guests and owners alike, Emily truly enjoys her new surroundings.


Nikki Kennedy, Guest Services Assistant

With Stowe Country homes for 2 years, Nikki was recently promoted to Guest Services Assistant. In this role, Nikki helps the guest services team in a number of ways, including updating the welcome books and management and training of the housekeepers. A Stowe resident for 6 years, she loves working, living, and raising her family in this great town.


Aleksandra Karosas, Airbnb Specialist

Aleksandra, better known as Aleks, is a born and bread Stoweite, giving her that hometown knowledge and insight into what guests are looking for and how to best meet their needs. Aleks works directly with homeowners on their Airbnb listings, making sure that the listings are accurate and effective. Happy to be back working in Stowe, she is also in graduate school in Boston, keeping her very busy.

Having grown up in Stowe, Aleks’ insight and love for her hometown allows her to help guests find the best suitable accommodations for their needs. Aleks works directly with properties on Airbnb and also attends graduate school in Boston.
