The Tollhouse Condos are conveniently located for access to some of Stowe’s favorite year-round activities. In winter, grab your gear and ski down to the Toll Road lift (weather dependent) to connect over to the Stowe Mountain Resort—alternatively, a quick drive or ride on the complimentary Mountain Road shuttle (shuttle stop only 0.3 miles from the door!) will have you at the base of the quad for first tracks! For the cross-country skier, the Nordic Center is just a ski in the other direction!
Spring through Fall brings a whole load of fun— great access to hiking and mountain biking trails right from your door! The resort activities are plentiful and include the Mt. Mansfield Auto Toll Road, Gondola SkyRide, Tennis, wining, dining, shopping and more. A refreshing dip in the condo’s community pool after a day of enjoyment is icing on the cake!Please note:
Top bunks are not suitable for adults.
Only two vehicles may park immediately outside the condo. Additional vehicles can park at the pool area. Vehicles not adhering to parking restrictions will be towed at the guest's expense—guests will not be compensated for towing fees.
The HOA also has a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking inside the units or outside within 50 feet of any buildings including patios, decks, and walkways is prohibited.
Violation of these rules may result in guests being fined directly from the Association. Please be respectful of these rules.
Guest pets are not permitted at any Tollhouse condos. Only select properties allow pets. Bringing unapproved pets can result in the termination of your rental without refund, as well as additional fees. Please note that owners are permitted to have pets. Please be understanding and respectful of this HOA policy, which is outside of the control of Stowe Country Homes.
