Sugar House Loft is a beautiful and brand-new home away from home—an ideal spot for a Stowe getaway with friends!
This lovely loft is as sweet as sugar! Situated over the garage of a private property, this two-bedroom abode is brand new construction. Careful thought was taken to maximize the comfort of guests. With private access separate from the main house, the entryway contains the washer and dryer. Just past that the interior stairs climb up to the open living space. The compact kitchen is incredibly well-equipped and has a large island with four bar stools for hanging out. An adjacent dining table provides additional seating. The welcoming living area shares the space and boasts an uber-comfy couch and large TV. The space is light and bright with windows on all walls and natural hues in the décor. The two private bedrooms sleep up to four and feature queen beds with lovely linens and plenty of pillows, and share a full bathroom. A pull out sofa in the living room accommodates two small children (not suitable for adults).
The neighborhood of Sugar House Hill is a longstanding favorite of Stoweites! This fantastic location is in the center of it all—Stowe Mountain Resort is just up the Mountain Road, several access points to the Stowe Recreation Path are dotted along the way, there are a number of great dining options just minutes away, the Spa at Topnotch is around the corner, and one of the town’s best hikes, Wiessner Woods, is just a five minutes’ drive. All this and the Village itself is just a few miles down the Mountain Road with more dining, drinking, and shopping businesses along the way.
