Selecting a home is a personal decision and each of our guests’ styles are as unique as our homes with one thing in common—the desire for comfort, convenience, and enjoyment.

We aim to make your stay with us memorable and easy-going. Each of the properties at Stowe Country Homes are privately owned, and we ensure that they are consistently stocked according to our high standards—making your stay as comfortable as possible (some products and toiletries are excluded for long-term stays). We’re here to help match you to the right home for you!

LOCALLY SOURCED TOILETRIES

We’re proud to offer locally sourced toiletries from Elmore Mountain Soap and Ursa Major in homes! In line with our sustainability practices, we refill these containers. Many area stores have a variety of these products available for purchase. Should you decide to take the house toiletries with you, a $25.00 per item charge will be added to your reservation.

CLEANING PRODUCTS

Your rental home will be well-stocked with the basics for keeping tidy during your stay. Ample supplies of hand soap, paper towels, carpet spot cleaner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwashing liquid/packs/pods, dish brush, kitchen trash bags, and small trash liners will be available for your use in the home.

A WELL STOCKED KITCHEN

Whether you fancy eating in, or out, we’ve ensured that the basics for meals are in each home. Each are equipped with pots, pans, tableware, glassware, coffee filters, and the like. Select residences offer spectacular chef’s kitchens—if you are entertaining of vacation, please reach out to be sure you are selecting the best home for your taste!

LINENS AND FURNISHINGS

A welcoming bed is key to a great night’s sleep, and we provide crisp and lovely linens for bedding and ample towels and face cloths are available in the baths. Each home is furnished according to its own style with comfort a top priority—whether you are relaxing al fresco or inside by the fire (select homes only), rest assured you will feel at home.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

In addition to the basics outlined here, many of our properties feature additional features to make your stay extra special including flat screen TVs, stereo systems, garages, air conditioning, barbeques, washer and dryer, gas or wood-burning fireplace, private outdoor terrace, or deck, and Wi-Fi. Share your preferences and we’ll do our best to match you accordingly.

PRE-APPROVED PETS

Select properties will allow pets. All pets must be pre-approved during the booking process and additional conditions and fees apply. Bringing unapproved pets can result in the termination of your rental without refund, as well as additional fees. Properties that are dog friendly are noted with a paw icon. When signing the Vacation Rental Agreement, you will also be required to abide by the Pet Agreement Addendum. No cats are allowed unless specifically requested and approved by the property owner.
