If you are new to mountain biking, Four Points Stowe has both private and group mountain biking classes. During the two-hour class, instructors will show you the basics of mountain biking by getting you familiar with the equipment, body positioning on the bike, how to brake properly, and a lot more. You can either book a private lesson with an instructor (you can add a friend or family member for a fee) or join a group of other riders.
