Four Points Brewery Tours

Stowe local, Rick Sokoloff, will be your personal guide as he picks you up at your rental property and drives you to the breweries of your choice. Included in the tour are snacks or appetizers, a flight of beer at each brewery, pick up, and drop off. Rick is also a mountain bike instructor and guide and offers a combination bike and brewery tour. Gentle Giants

Sit back and snuggle up on a sleigh pulled by beautiful Percheron and Belgian horses. Conveniently located along the Mountain Road and the Stowe Recreation Path, rides travel along the West Branch River, through a covered bridge, and over a pristine meadow.

Hot Yoga Stowe

Located right in the middle of the Mountain Road, this studio is known as the best hot yoga in Stowe. Sign up early, as these popular classes fill up quickly!

This free shuttle service from town to the Mountain operates daily in the winter months.

 
Mt Mansfield Auto Toll Road

This historic Auto Toll Road zigs and zags its way to the summit ridge of Mount Mansfield where stunning views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains await. From the visitors center at the top you can proceed 1.3-miles on foot on the Long Trail towards the chin. The views along the ridge are superb.

Snow Shoe Rentals and Tours

Snowshoeing is easy to learn, fun, affordable, and a family-friendly way to experience the outdoors together. All of Stowe’s walking, biking, and hiking trails are open to snowshoe users, and it is especially fun to do when there is fresh powder! Snowshoe rentals are available at many establishments in the area, including Trapp Family Lodge, and the Stowe Mountain Resort Cross Country Center, and their trails can be accessed with the purchase of a trail pass.

Stowe Bowl

Located adjacent to the Sun and Ski Inn and Suites on the Mountain Road, this 8-lane treasure is not what you expect!

This state-of-the-art venue is much more than a plain old bowling alley – it’s more swanky, cozy, comfortable, loungy, and even elegant. With great food, a full bar serving anything from Shirley Temples to White Russians, a lounge atmosphere, and a high-tech audio-visual experience, this is great year-round for all ages!

 
Stowe Yoga Center

Stowe Yoga Center, located on Moscow Road, is a community studio that offers beginner-friendly classes. Each class begins with a balanced warm-up for all areas of the body. You then progress through standing, seated, and floor poses (poses or asanas are usually held 4-5 breaths). The practice ends with guided and silent meditation.

Studio 108 Fitness

This little gem on the Mountain Road offers up some great workout classes that are far from ordinary.

Owner Stephanie Justine is a certified ZUMBA instructor, and offers Zumba along with other classes, such as spinning, Pilates, and TRX. Classes run throughout the day. Be sure to check out the schedule online as some classes require advance sign up.

 
The Swimming Hole

This place is often the antidote for kids and bad weather, no matter the time of year.

The barn-like structure, located just off of the Mountain Road, houses an impressive twenty-five meter lap pool, with a designated area for open swimming and elevated diving board. Plus, a separate children’s play area with a large water slide, shallow pools, and a water toy area is perfect for infants and bigger kids. And, besides the water features, there’s also a large, state-of-the-art gym and fitness classes.
