Cold Hollow Cider Mill

This is one of the largest cider mills in New England. Located in a historic Vermont barn, you can take a self-guided tour that shows how cider was made the old-fashioned way, with a rack and cloth press.

Did you know that it takes 10 pounds of apples to make just one gallon of apple cider?

Get free cider samples, available year-round from an 11,000-gallon vat, or try their delicious homemade cider donuts. The large gift shop has a huge selection of Vermont gifts, specialty food items, and cottage-industry products.
