My husband and I just spent a glorious month in Stowe at the Red Carriage House. Everything about the condo is awesome. Its location in the center of the historic village can't be beat. We were able to walk to five-star restaurants and friendly local bars within minutes, and had access to outstanding hiking and walking trails without getting in a car. We enjoyed the free shuttle that took us right to Mount Mansfield from a stop across the street. And inside the condo there were equally lovely features, including two floors for privacy and a foosball table! The full kitchen is well stocked and the layout provides plenty of space at the entrance for skies, boots, snowshoes, jackets, etc. The final great aspect of this condo is the staff at Stowe Country Homes, who were all extremely helpful and accommodating. I give the Red Carriage House my highest recommendation.
