Spring Seasonal

Springtime in Stowe is a very special season—as the snow melts away, new life blooms and buds by the day, the songbirds return, and life literally springs up everywhere. With temperate weather and spring flowers blooming, this season is popular for celebrations—weddings, reunions, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, and graduations—we have homes ideal for hosting a variety of events making planning a breeze.

It’s easy to linger longer in Stowe and we’ve selected the following homes for stays of 30+ days.

Spring Into Stowe

Spring in Stowe is a time when everyone takes a collective breath after an active winter of snowy fun—the longer days and increased sunshine slow the pace and put a smile on everyone’s face. Shop windows are thrown open and dining moves al fresco, a wonderful time of year to make Stowe, Vermont your home for an extended stay.

Maple Syrup

Vermont’s own liquid gold is one of the surest signs of spring and Stowe and surrounding towns boast several opportunities to get out and experience a day at the sugar shack—a great chance to learn about the process of transforming sap to syrup, perusing products for sale, and taste testing, of course!

Weather Wise

With the beauty of the warming weather, we are drawn outside to explore. Some say, if you don’t like the weather just wait a minute, so preparation is key—when heading out always pack layers (including a rain jacket), extra water, and snacks—and be sure to check trail status for hiking and biking.

What Our Guests Are Saying

A bitter cold weekend in Stowe but house was just what we needed. Beautiful views and wonderful layout for our family. The staff at Stowe Country Homes were great. Will undoubtedly be back soon!

We loved our stay at Treetops - the house was super clean and lovely and had lots of space for us and the family we shared with. The only thing I would say is that given the weather (rain, snow, rain, etc..) the driveway was VERY icy/slushy and tough to get up and down - we were fortunate to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. I'm not sure if anyone is retained to plow/sand in those situations. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Treetops. The home was warm and welcoming. We had many fires and enjoyed the views of the mountains! Truly wonderful
