The best way to enjoy Stowe! The lodge is so wonderful from the valet for car and skis to the spa and hot tubs. So relaxing while being right in the middle of everything. Wonderful room spacious warm and comfortable. Date of arrival - January 30, 2026

Fantastic location, steps from the Spruce lifts and Over Easy gondola. The condo is beautiful, comfortable bed, well maintained and extremely clean. Kitchenette had everything we need for breakfast before skiing. Great communication with property mgmt., easy check in/out. We loved this stay, would absolutely do it again. Will 100% be coming back. The view was incredible, and everything you needed was right within the resort. My husband and I both thought the bed was very hard. Being pregnant, it was not ideal for comfort, but everything else was fabulous!! Date of arrival - October 5, 2024

We had a great stay! You can’t beat the location or the convenience of having valet parking, ski in ski out, ski valet, rentals, restaurants, and the pool/ hot tub within walking distance! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, plenty of places to hang coats and ski stuff to dry after a long day of skiing. The bathroom is enormous and has a soaking tub if you don’t feel like going to the hot tub. The fireplace in the room is a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! The resort had so many wonderful amenities and so dog friendly. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The room was just like it was described and had everything you needed perfect for our weekend getaway and not far from all the restaurants, breweries and hiking trails. Overall great property and location. The room itself was neat and had all that was mentioned. The TV was on smaller side and on desk vs wall mounted so took up space of the room. Balcony overlooks the driveway so this room does not have great views but it didn’t say it would Bathroom is large and tub/shower is great. Food options onsite are not great so plan ahead and know the town of Stowe is hard to get tables at night. Overall for a group looking to be right on mountain this is the place to be. (Pool Hot Tub added benefit!) Date of arrival - February 19, 2023

My husband surprised me with a short getaway for teacher’s convention (those who are teachers get it…. We need the break more than anything). So he booked this surprise. I knew nothing of where or what I was going to do. I then later learned it was to Vermont and that was all the info I was given. The drive up there was beautiful as always, and the views only got better as the drive continued. When we rolled up to The Lodge at Spruce Peak I was blown away! It was beautiful! Everything about the resort, staff and amenities were more than perfect. When we got to the beautiful room I took such a deep relaxing breath. I knew that for the next couple of nights that it would be just right! Overall between the room, the views from the room, the bath, shower, fireplace and wine it was totally romantic and relaxing. We even found time to walk the amazing trials as well as eat at some of the best restaurants we have ever eaten at. I was truly upset when I realized that I had to go home. We cannot wait to book this again sometime soon! Thank you so much for a weekend to remember!

Overall, the place is quite good. We have stayed in several of these studios over the last few years in winter as well as summer. One thing we always notice is that these studios get very hot at night no matter how you set the temperature. Hence, sleeping is almost always disturbed. Owners might consider supplying some sort of fan. Otherwise, some studios are better equipped than others in terms of kitchen utensils. This particular unit needs some updating as they seemed quite aged.
Thank you for your input and for continuing to rent with SCH. During the off season the owners are planning on doing some updates so these suggestions will be relayed. Please come back again soon!

Resort was great. We loved having easy access to shops, gondolas and fall activities on the mountain. Our condo was pristine, well equipped and nicely furnished. Bathroom was spacious and nicely laid out. View of the mountain was wonderful. We enjoyed the amenities the resort offered, although we did not use the spa. The resort was well staffed, and all staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. Our only complaints were relatively minor. We could only find feather bed pillows, and one of us is allergic to feathers. Surprisingly, there were no robe hooks or extra towel bars in the bathroom. We had to lay wet bathing suits, towels and our robes on the bathtub because there wasn’t anyplace to hang it. Additionally, the restaurant ran out of items that should have been staples: Swiss cheese and 2 desserts. They didn’t offer anything to replace the desserts, which was strange for a resort of this caliber on a busy weekend. Overall, we will enjoyed our visit and will definitely stay here again.

This studio was extremely comfortable and well equipped with beautiful furnishings. The Stowe Mountain Lodge is beautiful and in a great location. No problem checking in, the restaurants at the Lodge are very nice, staff very pleasant. It's a little noisy if you leave the door open as this studio looks out on the front of the building where the lobby is. Lots of cars pulling in and out all day and because of the way it is situated it echos. Certainly wouldn't keep me from renting again we just like to keep the door open, with it closed there was no problem. Loved this place.
