The house was perfect for our family. It was setup for families. The kitchen was fully stocked which made hosting Christmas dinner easy. The game room allowed for our family to engage with each other on different avenues. The house was in a great location to the slopes, downtown Stowe and Waterbury. I highly recommend. We had a LOVELY stay. We were here with 5 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space. The kids loved the game room, so many fun activities and toys. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to make a meal. We loved making fires outside and using the hot tub. We were there to ski Stowe, in the winter it took about 15-20 minutes to get the mountain but it’s a nice drive (we did not go right at mountain open since I heard traffic can be hard). So many awesome restaurants and bars about 5-15 minutes away. The mudroom was perfect for all the ski stuff. It snowed a few times while we were there and someone came to shovel which was nice. I would highly recommend this home.

We had a lovely stay, very well maintained, stocked home. Never seen such an amazingly setup game room, tones of board games and other entertainment. Check in and check out was super easy. We would love to stay again ! Amazing location too. Cons : Only 2.5 bathrooms, we knew of it but stating the obvious.

June 2024 This is our 5th year staying in your lovely home. As usual, it met all our expectations.. We love the house; the kitchen is equipped with everything you would ever need; the Rec room is fantastic for our teens and the hot tub is enjoyable for all. Also, the location is perfect. We had a wonderful week. We hope to rent again next summer.

This is an amazing house and was perfect for our group! Beautiful house, with plenty of room for all. We were 2 families with adult children and this house had everything we needed. The Hot tub was perfect for apres ski. The Game room was a lot of fun and a bonus feature for sure. Easy to get to the mountain and town. Would highly recommend it!!

I stayed at the house with a group of friends for a weekend getaway to Vermont to see the foliage and spend some time together. We all LOVED the house! It was perfect for our group and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. Conveniently located, beautiful views, great amenities (laundry, hot tub, firepit, amazing kitchen, etc.) Definitely recommend it to other people and would stay here again! Five stars. Home is located a short distance from Stowe center up a private road. Location is quiet and private. Our family enjoyed everything about our stay. The home was clean, well appointed, and welcoming. Probably one of the best VRBO experiences to date. What gracious hosts. Thank you for paying attention to every detail. This was our 4th annual stay at this beautiful home. We have come to identify the VERt MONs Tre as our home away from home when we visit Stowe on our annual vacation to Vermont. The house is very well kept, the furniture and bedding is very comfortable, the kitchen is beautiful and equipped with top of the line appliances and completely furnished with cookware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, glassware and numerous place settings. The rec room upstairs is a real plus for anyone with kids. Having the master suite on the first floor assures a measure of privacy. Nicely landscaped yard and wonderful hot tub although on this visit we couldn't use the hot tub as often as we would have liked due to a breakdown but they did attempt to fix the problem quickly.

We love the Vermonster because of its open space, layout and cleanliness. It's perfect for large groups with kids (play room is great) and having the big mud room for all our gear. We have stayed twice and find this the best house so far. Thank you for the wine and treats upon our arrival. We love renting through Stowe Country homes. One suggestion for improvement, the drains in upstairs bathrooms would clog (sink and tub). Water was slow to drain, but we would clear it out. Maybe cleaning team can pour Drano down the faucets prior to next homeowner arrival. See you next year!

As for the property, location, and what was provided it was fantastic. Exceeded our expections. Only concern was A/C control for the upstairs - was not functioning properly and had to be set to a very low temp and left to ensure the upstairs was cool. This is our 3rd stay at the VERt MONs Tre. It is a wonderful vacation home and we plan to come back again next summer when we visit Vermont. The house is well appointed, the kitchen is fully stocked and has top of the line appliances. The hot tub is a big plus as is the upstairs game room in which the kids spent numerous hours of enjoyment. I was pleased to see full length mirrors in each bedroom and a newly installed shower head and hand held shower combination. We absolutely love VERt MONs Tre.

We had a fabulous family ski trip staying at the VERtMONsTre. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. Equipped with everything we needed including games to play after hot tubbing it and dinner. Can’t wait to book again next near. Also a big thumbs up to Stowe Country Homes for all their help in finding the perfect house for our group. They made everything so easy.

This home was great for our family of 7. There was plenty of space for us all to hang out together and have our own separate rooms. About a 20 min drive to Stowe mountain for skiing and even shorter distance to town to explore and walk around. The home also had a hot tub, great for those post skiing days. Overall great, would love to return again.

We loved staying in the VERt MONs Tre last year and chose this property for our vacation again this year. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The upstairs Rec Room is a fantastic bonus for anyone with kids. The games, puzzles, electronic hockey and large TV provided hours of enjoyment. The hot tub was very clean and inviting and used frequently during our visit. We will definitely stay here again.
My suggestions: The full length mirror in the master bedroom was a great addition this year. I would like to see a mirror in the upstairs bedroom at the top of the stairs as well as a hand held shower added in the the upstairs bathroom.

Walking into this home is something you will remember. Bright, clean, and very well appointed throughout. And of all the vacation homes we've stayed in, this was probably the best equipped. There was nothing we were in need of. The location is perfect - quiet and secluded yet just off the main road to the Lower Village of Stowe. Our one issue with the home is that the beds are way too firm for most people. Some pillowtop covers would solve that problem quite easily.

We are so glad we chose the VERtMONsTre for our vacation in Vermont. The house was perfect. The kitchen is high-end, absolutely beautiful, functional and fully equipped with all housewares & small appliances. The game room was a delight for the kids. They had so much fun up there and it was so well equipped with a variety of electronic games, board games, video game systems, large screen TV and more. We enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit and used the hot tub extensively. The living room and the rest of the house are top notch too.

We stayed at this property for a girls ski weekend and it far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and property management had anticipated every need imaginable. The house comes fully stocked with a full kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, game room, etc. The property is within a few miles of downtown and Stowe mountain. We were able to checkin a bit early due to weather at the mountain. There were instructions for every detail including how to use all of the amenities and what to do at checkout. Property management also provides detailed information about the surrounding grocery stores, restaurants, things to do, etc. 5 of 5 stars and I would definitely stay at a Stowe Country Homes property again without hesitation.

What a wonderful home for a family weekend retreat! The home is spacious and provided all the resources we needed to make a great time for all of us. The rooms are all good sized and the gathering spaces allowed us all to enjoy each other and the breathtaking view of the mountains. Nothing better than waking up to a fresh white snowfall with beautiful views of the valley and mountain range. While we couldn't figure out a couple of details such as thermostats that didn't respond, and the gas fireplace control was a little sticky (wouldn't turn off or on easily), these were minor distractions. As the rest of the home and amenities were wonderful. The game room was a bonus for all ages! There was the most detailed Owners manual we have ever seen - and used. This was great, thank you! Highly recommend the home and look forward to coming back!

We were very happy with the VERt MONsTre. The layout and open space is great for families. The kitchen is wonderful and great for cooking meals after a long day on the slopes. The location to town and mountain road was also perfect for us. The house came with everything we needed; plenty of towels, kitchen appliances and tools, mud room for all our ski gear and apparel, a clean hot tub on the porch, sleds in the garage, a game room and more! Everyone agreed this was the best house we rented so far! We'll definitely go back.
