Stowe, Vermont Activities That Are Pet-Friendly

There are plenty of hiking trails for you and your dog to enjoy in the summer. Most of the areas require you to keep your dog on a leash. Smugglers Notch State Park offers some breathtaking views of mountains and waterfalls and has several camp grounds where your entire family can commute with nature. Moss Glen Falls trail is another beautiful hiking area for you and your dog to enjoy. It consists of 2.9 miles of easy terrain and takes you along a beautiful waterfall.

The Gondola at Mount Mansfield offers some truly spectacular view of the hills and valleys of Vermont and during the summer months you can enjoy them with your dog right beside you. You must keep your friend on a leash the entire time, and unfortunately dogs are not currently allowed in the restaurant at the summit.

If your travel plans include a trip to a brewery, you needn’t leave your dog at home.
