The property was very was very clear and has enough room to accommodate 4 people and enough space to gather on the living room and kitchen. Great location close to good local restaurants. Around 20 mins from the Stowe mountain, which is not too bad. We would definitely be back! Reviewer location - West Chester, PA, USA Date of arrival - February 21, 2025

A Perfect Location

#1 Hillcrest condo is the perfect location for a stay in Stowe. First of all, the property is beautifully appointed and extremely clean. We were so comfortable here that we were able to relax and enjoy our time here. And the location is perfect as it is within walking distance to the main village, but still far enough away from the crowds. We definitely want to return to this property.

Excellent stay in a Stowe townhouse with a view

When our first Stowe home rental went awry, we called Stowe Country Homes after a tip from a local. We were not hopeful about finding a new home at the last minute during the high season, but they came to our rescue and accommodated us in this townhome on the same day with stellar service. The townhome was perfect for two of us on a work/girls trip. It was tidy, well-stocked, comfortable, and close to everything. If I'm ever back in the Stowe area, I'd definitely use this service again!

Our stay with Stowe country homes was excellent. Checkin/check out was easy. Our townhome was charming and quaint with a beautiful view of the the town Church and and Mt. Mansfield from the backyard. We were close to the town and a short distance from several beautiful hikes. We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the space for my family of 4. I even had time to complete some of the puzzles during our stay. We came during fall to see do some leaf peeping, but would definitely come back again for any/all of the seasons!

Great townhome, with easy access to downtown Stowe and walking distance to grocery store. Views from the kitchen and back porch are so beautiful and peaceful. Beds were comfy (though I wish one were a king instead of a queen). Overall, exactly as the listing describes. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. We had a great experience renting Hillcrest 1. I would definitely rent this unit again. It was clean and nicely appointed. It would be helpful to have a dresser in the front bedroom and some rugs as well. There was a lot of information about trash and black bears, but it wasn't clear what to do with the trash upon departure. Check in/Check out process was very easy! Thank You!

Great Stowe Getaway Spot

by James 2019-10-15

5/5

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and up-to-date, in a beautiful setting with a very private feel and an excellent view of Mt. Mansfield. Great location - just a mile from the intersection of Rts 100 and 108. The place, despite being small, is very comfortable. The kitchen could be little more outfitted, but no one goes to Stowe to stay indoors and cook anyway.
