Good location, but directly on a busy road with noise early morning to evening time. Not a problem for us, but was very noticable especially while sitting outside. Property was very clean and well apportioned for cooking. Beds were very comfotable. Property is a multi level property (single story with steps up and down) as well as a step down to patio. This was only an issue as one in our party of three has mobility issues. Overall, a great stay and location for touring the area. Date of arrival - October 5, 2025

Things to know:1- the highway noise is REAL in the bedrooms. Know this if you are sensitive and bring a white noise machine2- the house is ultra spacious and cool with some historic features preserved, such as the bigger bedroom seeming to be part of the original house3- the views are insane. The multitude of windows in the house is by far the best feature4- although they are small stall showers, I loved that there was a detachable shower head for use5- the house is not walkable to the main part of Stowe but it is a short 5-10 minute drive

We enjoyed our month-long stay at the house for the month of August. The house had everything we needed for our stay and certainly was more than er expected. Views are wonderful and the back deck is where we spent much of our time. The location was very convenient and allowed us to enjoy what Stowe has to offer. Our one concern was the proximity to Route 100, but the house is well insulated and the noise was definitely within an acceptable range.

We so enjoyed our stay here. A beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, and clear instructions for everything. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and the great room was the perfect retreat for us at the end of our days of hiking and sightseeing. I would recommend the home to anyone! We LOVED this house!! It is perfectly located - 1 mile from Stowe center. No need to deal with the traffic getting a few items as Shaws was a hop, skip away. It was clean, spacious, and yet cozy. The dining room and kitchen was lovely to prepare food on and gather around the table to enjoy. But the best part - the view!! We enjoyed a most delightful Christmas Holiday at this idyllic location with spectacular winter views over the fields to Mt Mansfield. The furnishings and layout of the house worked perfectly for an extended family. The spacious rooms provide relaxed ability to prepare and eat food, play games, to do watercolors or to read a book. The dining area with windows on three sides was particularly special. The son of the owner was quick to salt and plow the drive and parking areas as well as paths to walk our dog. Everything was well thought out to provide an easy and memorable stay close to town. I have stayed in many VRBOs and this experience was at the top.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Great location, plenty of space in the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom, and the way in which the original house is built into the current, modern home is excellent. Would definitely stay in this home again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pucker Street home! The house has very nice beds, furnishings and fixtures. Everything we needed during our stay was provided, which made our stay very comfortable.
The house does sit on a busy road, but the bedrooms are equipped with noise machines, so we weren't really bothered by the early morning road traffic.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Very convenient, close to Stowe. The back of the house is lined with windows so beautiful views of Mt Mansfield. Two huge bedrooms plus an upstairs loft with twin beds. Lots of toiletries, etc provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Home was very clean and comfortable. Only problem was street noice. Could not sleep past 5:30 a.m. Unfortunately, traffic can't be changed.

The house was everything we hoped for! Stunning view of mount Mansfield, close to the action of Stowe. Extra clean, well furnished and equipped. The only thing that would have made it even better is an outside fire pit! We sometimes had a little trouble with communication with the renting agency, but in the end they made it work great. Stunning house in a stunning location. We will rent it again for sure and recommend it warmly!

This is a very nice property. It is comfortable and nicely furnished, with a well stocked kitchen and ample space for 6 people. The views of Mount Mansfield are wonderful and it is a very convenient location for both Town and the Mountain Rd. I would definitely book the house again.

Loved this house!! Looks may be a little deceiving on the outside, but beautifully designed and spacious on the inside. The house included everything that we needed - even cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, paper products, etc. And sharp knives (which is so uncommon in rentals).
Located close to downtown Stowe, skiing, breweries, great restaurants, we had so many activities nearby. I highly recommend this home and will likely go back soon.
